Note:
Only the latest Nintendo Switch (version 13.2.0 and above) can be connected to a Bluetooth headset. If you are using an old version of the Switch, you cannot connect with our headset in Bluetooth mode. PlayStation 4/5 consoles currently only support using a 2.4GHz USB dongle for wireless connection and do not directly support using Bluetooth connection. 2.4GHz USB dongle mode and Bluetooth connection mode do not support Xbox series, only 3.5mm wired connection mode supports Xbox series. The old Xbox version does not have a built-in 3.5mm audio jack. To connect to Captain 300, please prepare a headset adapter yourself (not included). The headsets turn on the RGB lighting mode by default (15-20 hours). If you need a long battery life of 35-40 hours, please turn off the RGB lighting. When used on Nintendo Switch series, the microphone function is invalid (Nintendo Switch system does not support).
