– The WiFi -IR remote control is only compatible with 38KHZ IR (no RF controller), please ensure the compatibility before purchase;
– Maximum infrared distance: 10 m (without wall). It is best to use it in one room;

DIY function:
– For 38KHZ brand devices (like fireplace, fan heater) not listed in the app, you can select “DIY” type to program your IR devices manually.
– Also, DIY controlled devices are not compatible with Alexa and Google Home.
How to use:
1) Connect your WiFi-IR remote control with the power cable (input power: DC 5V/1A) and make sure your mobile phone is connected to the 2.4GHz WIFI network.
2) Download and install Tuya Smart or Smart Life APP” from APP Store or Google play.register and login.
3) Long press the reset button for 5 seconds, until the blue light flashes repeatedly.
4) Tap “Add Device” in APP, select “Socket (WI-FI).
5) It will automatically connect to the device. When the connection is complete, the blue LED is off.
